Describe your business. Did you find it, or did it find you?

CheerXperience is a competitive cheer and tumbling facility dedicated to training athletes in our community in the vigorous and rewarding aspects of competitive cheer. We offer a nine-month program that competes locally and nationally. My passion for competitive cheer started as a young girl, and coaching the sport came soon after high school. I have had many great opportunities as an independent contractor since the age of 17. CheerXperience found me through my many endeavors in the recreational, competitive, youth, high school, college and professional experiences I have encountered.

What was your vision when you first started your business and what is it now?

My vision was always to provide youth with a safe indoor facility with certified, professional coaches who instruct with the most positive feedback; to accept all ages, skill level and mental abilities with open arms. That vision remains the same and is exciting to see every day.

How are you involved with both the community and your customer?

CheerXperience Booster Club helps arrange regular community service projects for our teams. We donate our time helping to collect and distribute food at our local food bank. CheerXperience donates bottled shampoos, conditioners and toiletries to our community shelters as well as snacks and games to be sent to our troops.

Why is your staff the best in the business?

CheerXperience staff consists of adults who are actively cheering and tumbling on college teams or professionally. This is an advantage because the students look up to our staff and are excited to learn from the best. Since we have staff who cheer professionally, CheerXperience routines are always penalty free and consist of only the best elements at each level. The students at CheerXperience are eager to come to practice as our coaches respect and engage each individual personality, skill level and mental ability.

And finally, customer service is…?

Providing overall outstanding attention in all matters. Really listening to each person and their wishes, and finding ways to always thank them in choosing your business.

Do you know that our editorials are not paid for, nor can they be be purchased? In fact, our Introducing and Dining reviews are not paid advertisements.
