Giddyup! Folsom Pro Rodeo Returns in July

Jun 10, 2015 05:58PM, Published by Style, Categories: Today, Community

The Folsom Pro Rodeo has been entertaining the Sacramento region during the July 4th holiday for 55 years. From July 2 through July 4, enjoy one of the longest running annual events in California!

The Folsom Pro Rodeo is held in the Dan Russell Rodeo Arena, 403 Stafford St., next to the Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary and behind Folsom City Hall at 50 Natoma St. Parking is available onsite for $8 and benefits the Folsom Citizens Aiding Public Safety.

Purchasing tickets to the Folsom Pro Rodeo is easy and frankly, there isn't a bad seat in the arena. Four types of seating are available:
• Corral Club seating is $45 plus online service charge or $47 at the gate. These seats are next to the bucking chutes and include beverage service. These are only available online.
• Reserved Seating, ($22.50 to $24.50 plus online service charge in advance, $26.00 at the gate) offers rodeo fans a specific seat no matter when they arrive at the arena. These are only available online.
• General Admission, ($19.50 adults, $15 for children/seniors) is first come, first seated. These seats tend to sell out quickly at the gate (opens at 6 p.m.) so early arrival is encouraged. Tickets are available at the Folsom Chamber of Commerce, Handley's Western Wear and Boot Barn locations.
• Buckaroo Packs, ($65 for four general admission tickets and includes four hotdogs and four sodas) These value packages are only available online and are limited quanities.
