Women's Veteran Mask Making Presented by Blue Line Arts

This six-hour workshop will begin with a survey of the history of mask making and how masks have been used for performance, disguise, concealment, and protection. There will also be a discussion on contemporary artists that use masks in their work and how their art investigates identity. Participants will then make their own masks with clay.
